How do I connect to the Villa Wifi?

Villas have free Wifi called “fairway villas”, no password required. You just have to accept the terms and conditions.

Is Breakfast included? Meals Included?

Meals are not included in our stay and play packages. However, the East Course Grill is located just a short walk from the Villas and offers a very affordable breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. View Menus

If you play multiple rounds one day. Do you have to pay cart fees for extra rounds?

Villas guests do pay cart fees for additional rounds each day. The cart fee is $18 per person. View Packages

What is the difference between a Standard and Deluxe Villa?

A Deluxe Villa offers the following:
Remodeled kitchen with new appliances
Remodeled bathrooms
New beds, headboard and bedding
Brand New furnishings
2 bedroom with 2 beds in each room
2 bathroom, full kitchen and living room

When will Stoatin Brae be opening?

The date has not yet been officially set for the Stoatin Brae opening. The course is on track to be completed in late summer of 2016.

How far away is Stoatin Brae?

Stoatin Brae is located off Augusta Drive and backs up to #3 and #4 of the Stonehedge South Course. It is about an 8 minute drive from the main GLV Clubhouse.

How old do you have to be to qualify for the Senior Rate?

55 Years Old

Does everyone in the group have to be 55 years or older to get senior rate?

Yes, to qualify for the senior rate, everyone in your group has to be the qualify age.

When can Golden Passbook Vouchers be booked?

You may book a reservation with a Golden Passbook the week of requested dates you are looking for.

Do carts have GPS?

No, our carts do not have GPS. We do provide hole layouts and yardages on our scorecards.

What is the cost of a cart fee if I only play 9 holes?

$9.00

What are the restaurant hours?

6a-10p, 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch & dinner with a full service.

Can we bring our own beer out on the courses?

No outside alcohol is permitted in accordance with Michigan State Law. Alcohol can be purchased in any of our clubhouses or halfway houses. Our beer cans are marked with stickers that will indicate they were purchased on site.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3pm the day of your arrival. Can check in at any time any of arrival guarantee keys at 3p.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 11am the day of your departure. If looking to check out past 11a-need approval from villa office, if not approved then additional nights lodging would be charged.

Can we bring our own grill?

You certainly can bring your own grill but if you are on an upper floor unit, we will not permit you to grill out on the deck. All grilling must be done on the grass outside of the unit.

Can I pay for a portion of my deposit and have others call in the rest?

No, 2015 will be the last year we will accept multiple deposits.

Do we have to pre pay our trip in full?

No, as long as we have a deposit put down to secure the reservation we will not require the remaining balance to be paid until check-in.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel 45 days out or more in advance your deposit is fully refundable and you will not incur any penalty. If you are inside the 45 day window we will keep your deposit until we sell the room. If this happens we will issue a full refund on the deposit. However, if we cannot sell the room, we do reserve the right to keep your deposit.

Can all of our rooms be together?

We certainly try our best to put all members of the group together whether it is requested or not. however, we do have limitations on this if the booking is made close to the date of arrival. In this case, we will certainly try our best to get the rooms as close together as possible. But under no circumstance will we ever guarantee all rooms can be together.

Can all of our units be on the ground floor?

We try our best to accommodate this request the best we can. but please understand that we have a lot of elderly and injured clientele so lower units are never in surplus. We can never guarantee a group will receive multiple lower units.

Can we get extra tables and chairs put outside our villa?

Absolutely, all that we ask is that you give us a week’s notice and we will make the proper arrangements for this to happen. Depending on availability of such tables and chairs.
