Gull Lake View's Junior Golf Program is entering its 9th season and quickly becoming one of the area's favorites.
Juniors from the age of 7-13 are introduced to the fundamentals of golf, learning how to hit the ball off the tee, putting on the green, etc. In addition to the life skills golf teaches, like honesty and integrity.
The purpose of this fun program is to spark an interest for the game of golf and help prepare juniors for playing the game on the course for their young an active lifestyle.
The 9th season will kick-off Wednesday, July 13th 2011 with three Wednesdays of two hour clinics on the range of Stonehedge followed by a miniature shotgun tournament on Stonehedge North course Sunday, July 31st 2011.
Once again this year this program will be limited to 70 juniors in order to preserve the integrity of learning that is provided in the clinics.
